1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Capilano Welding & Fabrication ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Capilano Welding & Fabrication provides custom welding, structural fabrication, CNC plasma cutting, CAD design, and related industrial services. All services are subject to an initial consultation and agreement on project scope, timeline, and pricing.

3. Quotes and Estimates

Any quotes or estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, scope adjustments, or unforeseen complications discovered during the fabrication process.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required before work commences, particularly for projects requiring significant material purchases. Final payment is due upon completion and prior to or upon delivery/pickup of the finished product, unless other terms have been explicitly agreed upon in writing.

5. Liability and Warranties

We guarantee that our work will be performed to industry standards and in accordance with applicable certifications (e.g., CWB, B-Pressure) where specified. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or modifications made by third parties after delivery.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this policy. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
